Shipping to Continental US:

Most items ship within 24 hours Monday’s through Fridays. Standard delivery to a US continental address generally takes 2-6 days from the date of shipping as show in the chart below.

Please log into your account to view the shipping status of your order. You will also receive a purchase confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping confirmation at the time of shipment.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Items must be returned in original, new and unworn condition within 30 days of delivery confirmation with all tags and labels attached in order to be considered refundable. Shipping fees are never refundable, except in cases where we shipped you the wrong item. Items must be shipped the the address above with all postage prepaid. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit of any returned items.

International Customers:

Delivery of items to most countries takes 10 – 20 business days from the date of shipment. Deliveries to Italy take up to 60 business days. Delivery depends on your location and the speed of the postal authority in your country.

Customers from outside the US are responsible for all local taxes such as VAT, import taxes, etc. as well as any local fees that any local authorities may want to charge. We are unable to reimburse any local taxes and import fees.
